Premier Inn Edinburgh Princes Street is a great place to stay in New Town, initially built response to the deterioration of the medieval Old Town in the 18th century, 2.5 km from Arthur's Seat hike.
Residents can have breakfast in the restaurant. Enjoy Scottish cuisine in the restaurant The Dome, situated 650 metres away.
The Sunday Stockbridge Food Market lies a 14-minute stroll away, and the combined National Museum of Scotland is just a short drive from the inn. Religious sights in the area include The Robertson Mausoleum (1.2 km) and St Giles' Cathedral (0.9 km). The art museum "Scottish National Gallery" and the landscaped Princes Street Gardens are all 5 minutes' walk from this 3-star hotel. There is Frederick Street bus stop a short distance from the accommodation.

This hotel is in a fantastic location on Princes Street, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even offering a lovely view of the castle. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure a great stay. The breakfast buffet is good, with some items cooked to order, and you can enjoy the meal with a fantastic view of the castle.
No major complaints, everything was fine.
